Shipping & Returns
We stand behind all products available through Industrial Packaging. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. In order to process a return, or for questions regarding a return beyond 30 days, please contact our customer service department.
We currently ship online orders anywhere within the United States, Mexico and Canada. For international shipments, please contact a packaging specialist.
Online orders are generally shipped within 48 of order placement, based on availability. Weekends not included. We ship Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm. For expedited shipping, contact a member of our team. (Regina Walker)
For large orders and pallet quantities, a customer service representative will provide assistance in selecting the proper freight carrier and reduced pricing.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout you will be shown the cost for shipping and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide to do so.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we’ll ship you the rest of the order. You will be charged for shipping when the back order ships. Freight is based on the weight of the shipment and the location.
